CURRICULUMS
Purpose: Prosolar Birds S.L. provides interested parties with a contact form/email address/online platform where they can send their CVs to allow the interested party to participate in personnel selection processes and thus analyze the applicant’s profile to select a candidate for the vacant position(s). CVs received through these means will be deleted if there is no open position or selection process, and the interested party will be informed of this. If a CV is received, even if no selection process is active, and Prosolar Birds S.L., after receiving and reading the CV, intends to keep it due to interest in the candidate’s profile, the candidate will be informed of this, respecting the retention periods defined in this section. The CVs may also be included in the HR database.
Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing the personal data contained in CVs is based on the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party or for the application of pre-contractual measures at their request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) or by the data subject’s consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Duration and Retention: Data will be retained in the HR database for the duration of the selection process and, in any case, for a maximum period of 6 months.
Transfers and/or International Data Transfers: Data will be transferred to third parties who have access to personal data processed by the data controller to comply with the data controller’s legal obligations (public authorities) and/or contractual obligations (collaborators with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been signed). Under no circumstances will international data transfers occur except in the cases mentioned in the “International Data Transfers” section of this Privacy Policy.
